1. General Information

This website Sandalmania.gr is the online store of the company under the name “ZARANI MARIA VELITZELOU AIKATERINI EE”, located at Vyronos 7, 10558, Athens, Greece (VAT number: 800939285).

2. Products & Handmade Nature

All our sandals are handmade. Please note that a period of 3-7 business days is required to complete your order before shipping. Minor variations in texture or color are characteristic of natural leather and the handmade process.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices displayed on the website include VAT.
• Prices in the online store are the same as in our physical store.
• Payments are processed securely via the National Bank of Greece (Credit/Debit/Prepaid cards), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Revolut Pay. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption.

4. Shipping Policy

• Greece: Shipping is Free and handled by ELTA Courier. Delivery takes 1-3 business days once the order is ready.
• International: Shipping cost is €30.00 via FedEx. Delivery times vary by destination.

5. Order Process & Confirmation

Upon completing your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your purchase details. Order processing begins the next business day. In the event that a product is unavailable, you will be notified within 48 hours.

6. Return & Refund Policy

• Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
• Conditions: Returns are only accepted if the products are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original purchase invoice/receipt.
• Return Costs: * The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns.
  • Via our Partners: You may use our partner couriers (ELTA Courier for Greece or FedEx for International) with “Receiver Charge”. In this case, the shipping fee (€5.00 for Greece / €40.00 for International) will be deducted from your final refund.
  • Other Methods: You may use any other courier at your own expense.
• Refunds: Refunds are processed within 20 days of receiving the returned goods at our headquarters.
• International Orders: Sandalmania is not responsible for shipping costs or customs duties on international returns.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including designs, logos, and photographs, is the intellectual property of Sandalmania and is protected under Greek and international law.

8. Personal Data & Newsletter

By providing your email, you consent to receive our Newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any time using the “Unsubscribe” link in our emails. Your data is used solely for order processing and marketing communication and is never shared with third parties (except shipping providers).
