Sandalmania ships all over Greece with ELTA Courier and for the rest of the world with Fedex
As our shoes are handmade, we need 3-7 days to complete your order.
The time required for Shipping is 1-3 working days if your order is ready to be delivered.
For Greece the shipping cost is € 2.50
For the rest of the world it is € 20.00 via FEDEX.
Returns
CONCERNS ORDERS IN GREECE
You have the opportunity to return your order within ten calendar days.
The company sandalmania, however, is NOT RESPONSIBLE for the shipping costs of any international order, this is paid by the customer.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, sandalmania is obliged to make a refund within 20 days from the day of delivery, if your order has been returned to the headquarters and has the invoice of purchase inside the package.
Orders for products that have been used or mistreated by the customer will not be refunded by sandalmania.
Receipt becomes necessary for the refund, which must be returned together with the order.
You can return your order with the courier company, we work with (FedEx or ELTA Courier for Greece) with the indication “recipient charge” and be charged with the same amount of money (€ 5.00, € 2.50 for sending and € 2.5 for receiving the product) that you were charged to receive your order. This will help you to get a better price but that does not mean that we will be charged for that price. The shipping amount will be deducted from the refund. Same rule applies for international orders (€ 40.00, € 20 for sending and € 20 for receiving the product).
Otherwise the return can be done in any other way you wish but the charge is being paid by the customer.
