To keep your leather shoes looking beautiful and in great condition for longer, follow these simple care tips:

• Cleaning: Gently remove dust and dirt using a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid excessive water and harsh cleaning products.
• Conditioning the leather: From time to time, use a leather conditioner or cream suitable for the specific type of leather. Always apply a small amount and test it first on a discreet area.
• Protect from water: Avoid heavy rain and prolonged contact with water whenever possible. If your shoes get wet, allow them to dry naturally at room temperature.
• Avoid heat: Never place your shoes on or near a radiator, heater, or other direct heat source, as high temperatures can dry out the leather and cause it to lose its shape.
• Proper storage: Store your shoes in a cool, dry place, ideally inside their dust bag. If possible, use shoe trees to help maintain their shape.
• Wear with care: Leather is a natural material and develops its own unique patina over time. Small variations in texture, colour, and natural markings are normal and are part of the beauty and character of genuine leather.

With proper care, your leather shoes can stay beautiful and be enjoyed for many years to come.

EXTRA TIP – Fitting Your Leather Sandals

Leather sandals naturally soften and gradually adapt to the shape of your foot with wear. For this reason, when purchasing a new pair, it is best for them to feel slightly snug and secure on your foot, without causing pain or excessive pressure. With time and wear, the natural leather will soften and gently stretch, molding to your foot and creating a more comfortable, personalized fit.
