Which size is suitable for me?
Each of our listings has a table with European sizes and their equivalents for the rest of the world. If you are size and a half, always pick the higher whole size. For example, if you are 6.5 US, pick a 7 US which in EU sizes is a 38.

Which shipping method do you use for worldwide or domestic shipping?
For domestic, we use either ACS Courier or ELTA Courier. For worldwide shipping, we use FedEx. All our orders will have a tracking number.
What about custom fees?
The customer is responsible for the custom fees that may occur in their country. The custom fees that may occur for a package returning back to Greece, is also a responsibility of the customer.
What is your exchange, return and cancelation policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase. The customer is responsible for the return cost and any import or custom duties. We also accept cancelations within 24 hours of your purchase.
We also accept exchanges but first, please contact us first in order to understand why you might need an exchange.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, of course we do, please do not hesitate to contact us for that! We will make it extra special.
Do you offer custom or personalized products?
Rarely, we can do a custom order depending on your needs. Unfortunately, we do not offer personalized offers.
